PUNN Tower has been honored with the ASEAN Energy Awards 2025 in the category Energy Efficient Building (New and Existing Building), receiving First Runner-Up.

This prestigious regional award recognizes projects that demonstrate excellence in building design, energy efficiency, and sustainable development across ASEAN—aligned with PUNN Tower’s long-term commitment to environmental responsibility and occupant well-being.

On this occasion, Daranee Chattpiriyaphan, Director of Dolsiri Development Co., Ltd., represented the project to receive the award, presented by Prasert Sinsukprasert, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy. The recognition reflects PUNN Tower’s success in elevating Thailand’s energy performance standards onto the international stage.

The award underscores PUNN Tower’s integrated approach—combining thoughtful architectural design with high-performance building systems, including heat and solar impact reduction, energy-efficient HVAC and lighting, smart building management, and the integration of renewable energy—to optimize resource use and minimize environmental impact.

In addition, PUNN Tower has achieved LEED v4 BD+C: Core & Shell – Gold certification, reaffirming the project’s dedication to high-performance, sustainable buildings that balance energy efficiency, environmental stewardship, and quality of life.

This achievement marks another milestone for Thai office developments, demonstrating the capability to meet regional benchmarks and contribute meaningfully to a more sustainable urban future.
