Sales Coordinator (Office Leasing)

Department / Business Unit: Asset Management

Reporting to: Vice President - Asset Management


Qualification:

  1. Thai Nationality, Age 25-32 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
  3. Good command in English both spoken and written
  4. Have experience in Office leasing service (preferred)
  5. Preferred if they have had an exchange or spent some time abroad.
  6. Good interpersonal, self-motivated skills, presentation skills, service mind, and able to work independently as well as team
  7. Highly motivated person
  8. Fresh graduates will be considered

Responsibility:

We are seeking a position of Sales Coordinator of the Leasing Office Department at Nye Estate Co., Ltd., you will responsible for negotiations, consultancy, and marketing in the leasing of office space for both local and international companies.

Can represent the Landlord and the Tenants about the information related to leasing and making sure that the business grows up, accelerate the success for our partners and clients with professional services.

Senior Marketing Executive

Department / Business Unit: Marketing Department

Reporting to: Project Marketing Manager / AVP, Marketing Department


Qualification:

  1. Thai Nationality, Age 26-35 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or any related field
  3. Minimum 3 years experience in marketing (luxury property industry would be an advantage)
  4. Fluent in both written & spoken English
  5. Good personality with analytical thinking and presentation skills
  6. Luxury sense
  7. Working under pressure

Responsibility:

  1. Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies both tactical and long-term plans that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales.
  2. Generation of new ideas and initiatives for product development and marketing campaign
  3. Managing the marketing budget.
  4. Producing innovative and cost-effective promotions.
  5. Production of a wide range of high-quality marketing collateral
  6. Regular reporting on the result of the marketing initiatives undertaken
  7. Monitoring of the markets– alerting senior management of upcoming changes and/or trends and making recommendations on how marketing activity can be adapted to maximize new opportunities
  8. Manage internal and external resources to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to agreed budget
