Jainchai Limvattabnakul serves as Chief Executive Officer and a Board Director of Nye Estate, with extensive experience spanning property development, hospitality, corporate finance, and investment banking.
He also serves as Executive Director and Managing Director of Narai Property Company Limited, an established property developer with a long-standing presence in Thailand’s residential development sector. Prior to joining Nye Estate, his career included advisory and investment banking roles at Finance One Public Company Limited, as well as experience in Corporate Finance and Project Financing at Bangkok Synthetics Company Limited (BST) and BST Elastomers Company Limited (BSTE).
Jainchai holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Western Michigan University, USA, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Quantitative Management from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Sarit Chokchainirand serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of NYE Estate, bringing over 25 years of experience across business strategy, corporate finance, private equity, investment, and business development.
His career spans advisory, investment, and corporate leadership roles, including Business Development Director at Narai Property, as well as experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, CDC Capital Partners, and Merrill Lynch. He has also advised more than 50 companies on strategy and business performance.
Sarit holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Manchester Business School, a Master of Finance from London Business School, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
