Nye Estate has been honoured with two ASA Real Estate Awards 2018 by The Association of Siamese Architects (ASA) under The Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King. Mr. Sutee Limpanachaipornkul, President of Nye Estate Co., Ltd, was the representative to receive the awards from HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

Quarter 39, the luxury urban residence in the heart of Sukhumvit, has been named ‘Best Residential Development of the Year’ in the Category of Townhome in the Price Range of Over 30 Million Baht, whilst Nye Estate was exclusively the only company that received the ‘Best Developer of the Year’ special award.

The awards were held to celebrate the 84th anniversary of the Association, recognizing the quality of design and construction with primary attention for resident’s functionality and also good governance of developers. The judging panel was comprised of experienced professionals from various fields.
