Nye Estate earned three honourable awards from ASA Real Estate Awards 2018 by The Association of Siamese Architects (ASA) under The Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King, received by Mr. Sutee Limpanachaipornkul, President of Nye Estate Co., Ltd. received these awards at ASA Real Estate Forum 2018.

Our QUARTER 39 project received “ASA Real Estate Award (Best Residential Development of The Year) in Category of Townhome in Price Range of Over 30 Million Baht,” and PARC PRIVA project received “ASA Real Estate Award (Best Residential Development of The Year) in Category of Single House in Price Range of Over 30 Million Baht. Moreover, Nye Estate is the only company that received special awards “ASA Real Estate Award (Best Developer of The Year.)”

The Awards was held for the first time to celebrate 84th anniversary since foundation of the Association, emphasizing on quality of design and construction with primary attention for resident’s functionality and also good governance of developers. These valuable awards were carefully screened and selected by professionals from various fields.

We are very proud of this reiteration of our success after QUARTER 39 and PARC PRIVA projects received major awards in a global scale from the International Property Awards 2017-2018 in London, UK.
